Horrid customer service! Rude and unhelpful wouldnt send anyone to get books here. One of the worst customer service experiances i have ever had! Prices are not much different then school bookstores.
I've been going to Oswego State for 4 years and I love coming to this store to get everything that I need for the semester and now that I am an alumni they have all the apparel that I could ask for. The crew that works there is excellent with a vast knowledge of the books needed for each course. It doesn't hurt that they are all charming and beautiful people working there (both guys and girls). When possible they always try and help you out to the best of their abilities. Overall I would always recommend people trying to get and sell their books there before going to the campus store!
