I had been searching for a new vehicle since my lease was almost up but I wasn't having much luck. Then a friend referred me to Todd Shapiro. I drove to Oswego and I was surprised at the large inventory of Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep vehicles Shapiro's had in stock. I was able to lease the Jeep I loved, with all the safety features I was searching for, with a very affordable monthly payment. Other dealerships were priced significantly higher than Shapiro Motors for the same exact vehicle I wanted to buy. Todd worked with me from start to finish through the entire transaction. No back and forth between salesman and managers on pricing. Most dealerships take hours of your time to try to wear you down and buy on their terms. Purchasing from Todd was the direct opposite of what I have experienced in the past. He was very pleasant to work with and even offered to take my leased car back to the dealership for me. I have to say this was the most simple and pleasant car buying experience I have ever encountered and I definitely plan to purchase or lease from there again!
We purchased a used SUV from Todd at Shapiro Motors which wasn't even a Dodge / Jeep product. We are very pleased with our purchase. We had two small problems after the purchase they got us in the same day we called and fixed at no cost to us. I would buy here again, Very pleased with their sales and service. I just purchased a Jeep Patriot from Shapiro's in Oswego. The customer service was excellent. My sales person, Mr. Pryer, was very kind, professional, and helpful. He definitly went out of his way to made this experience a rewarding one. The service department also made sure the vehicle was in top notch shape before I picked it up. Sparkling and immaculate inside and out. I would recommend Shapiro's to all of my family and friends.
