Really irritating and disappointing experience. When you rent something online, you expect to get what you rented, or at least something similar. I rented a small car in advance, only to show up and have them tell me they had a mini van or an Expedition. There's a reason I rented a small car! The girl proceeded to call at least 3-5 other enterprises in the area to see if they had anything else and either they didn't even bother to answer their phone or they didn't have any cars either. Then on top of it she had already run my credit card for the deposit so I had to keep checking to make sure they reversed the $300 charge. Would not book with them again. I ended up calling Rent a Ride in Fulton immediately after, walked in and rented a mid size car from them with no issues. I won't even bother with Enterprise in Oswego again.
I've rented from this location several times. I've dealt with Eric the most and he's awesome. I've also worked with the other staff members who are extremely nice. Good communication. Never had any issues. Would definitely rent from them again!
They didn't have the car we had reserved 3 wks before. So they did a free upgrade to a Suburban! Not wat we wanted for a 6 hr. Drive. But it did ride very nice. Their parking lot is extremely tiny. Very inconvenient.
