My car was first brought here while I was a student at SUNY Oswego, Will never go anywhere any. After over 8 years of taking my vehicles the service and quality of the work done is unrivaled. Very honest and upfront about what needs to be done now and what can potentially wait. Will never visit another auto shop as long as I live in the area.

Long story short... They were busy so like a normal person, wait until my time is next. I had to have a part sent out to be repaired which is cool in my book so it was another weeks wait. I gave it a few more days and my car still wasnt in the garage. I ask the owner whats the outlook of the repair, "after i put brake lines in on this car yours is next to go in.'' Hey, Im satisfied... Its now been another week and a half later and was told 4 more days. I wouldnt suggest them to anyone. Youre a business, run it like one.
I have been going to Dennis for years and completely trust them. So much so that now that I live in Rochester, every time I need major repairs done I drive to Oswego to see him. I would and have recommended him to anyone!
