This hotel is amazing. We will absolutely go back. The people who work there go above and beyond, their breakfast is full of tasty options, their gym is huge and the pool area with a pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna is fantastic.
The rooms were nice and spacious with a really nice river view. I had a single queen room and it had a couch instead of a second bed, which was a very welcome addition to the already well-furnished room. It has a whole kitchenette in the room itself. The rest of the hotel is a very nice place as well: nice contemporary aesthetic, and the restaurant attached to the hotel, Alex's, is a nice place with some damn good food. The exercise room is the largest I've ever seen in a hotel, and the pool and hot tub are both good as well.
The hotel is clean and well maintained. It was a good halfway point for us on a trip to Niagara Falls. The indoor pool looked nice but we didn't have time to use it. The morning breakfast is included and was very good. There was a sports bar across the street so we could watch the football game on Sunday afternoon and there is also a nice restaurant at the hotel. Our room had a nice view of the lake and Fort Ontario. I got to take a trip down memory lane as I worked in Oswego a lot in the early 1980's.
Excellent property, nice staff, and very nice amenities made for a truly relaxing night/morning. Breakfast buffet was very well appointed with quality options from waffles to hot meat and eggs, with pastries and breads and the like. And yes, several options for coffee. Quiet and relaxing.
Nice spacious rooms, clean, and updated, staff is very friendly and helpful. They're complimentary breakfast is excellent, they have a nice pool hot tub and a fully equipped gym. The only downside is there coffee after breakfast is over. Fix that and they would be the best in the area.
