Would not refund my money for unsatisfied customer. My card info was stolen and used to buy pizza. Domino's employees then refused to give my money back when this was brought to their attention. Website states "satisfaction guaranteed we'll refund your money or make it right" that did not happen.
Well.. They made a pizza but not what was ordered. 3 topping order pep, sausage, and a little extra of both. Recieved extra sauce and extra pepperoni. They did offer to fix it and apologized wich is why this is a 3 star and not a 1 star. Personaly will not order dominos again. First and last time
They have pretty good food sometimes it can be pricey but they have really good customer service usually
Could b a lil saucier
When I ordered it took over an hour and a half to receive the pizza, when I called after half an hour too see how my order was doing tthey told me it be arriving soon, thats when it took that extra hour and when I first tried to call someone answered then hung up on me and I called again and finally someone answered. By the time the pizza got to my house it was luke warm/cold. very disappointed and dissatisfied
