They did an amazing job with the grooming I had done. The reason for the low rating is that in the 3 hours there they fed my dog. I would assume most places that deal with animals would know you can't suddenly change their diet without the animal having issues... Needless to say my dog has had in controllable diareah leaving me to steam clean the carpet and was sheets.
They have a wonderful retail store with everything you and your friend could possibly need! They also have a dog gym!!! I had never even heard of such a thing, but it is wonderful on those bad weather days and I have even taken a few classes there with my friends! The owner always has good advice and is very knowledgeable about pets. They always go the extra mile!
Very friendly over the phone. Wish I could have given them my business, but I drive over the road and have a limited time frame so I couldn't drop daisy of and come back later in the day. Next time. :-)
I would honestly think they would ask the type of food or have you bring some in of they planned on feeding the dog.
