Very helpful, but also pricey
Dropped my dog off for grooming. Picked him up and he was still a bit damp and his nails we're not clipped. Apparently their policy is "if your dog gets angry or doesn't like something, we don't do it." So I paid $50+ bucks for a bath and haircut because my dog doesn't like his nails clipped. Blah
Friendly staff and very informative. Prices are resonable and they have a wide selection of items.
Extremely expensive, the workers here don't know much about the products. You can get the same products from Walmart for half the price.
